Marketing is key to selling your home. Statistics show that 85% of buyers begin their search on the internet. Re/Max can provide the most up to date marketing in the industry. Your home will be marketed on my website and can be accessed through real estate search engines such as Realtor.com,Yahoo, Google, Trulia and many more. I will place a professional sign on your property and include brochures on site. This listing will be put into Carolina MLS and will be included in Internet Data Exchange (IDX). This will make your listing available through websites of other realty companies.
When you get a written offer on your property, I will contact you as soon as possible. I will explain the details of the offer and help you in negotiating and/or accepting the offer. When you property goes under contract, I will closely monitor the progress of the buyer to insure a timely closing.
Communication is key to a good working relationship between seller and agent. I will contract you regularly to keep you informed on the feedback from your showings and to make suggestions.
